Dr. Cozzette Lyons-Jones, Panel Guest on the MolinaCares Upcoming Event

The MolinaCares Accord, in collaboration with Molina Healthcare of California, will host its fifth in a series of virtual panels on March 31st at 11:00 a.m. PT on strengthening California’s healthcare workforce. The panel will address the topics of the provider pipeline, access to education and training programs, efforts to improve diversity, and how COVID has exacerbated the workforce shortage. Hear from Molina Healthcare’s associate vice president for healthcare services Neeta Alengadan, with welcome remarks from California state senator Lena A. Gonzalez, MBA, Moderator Jeffrey R. Lewis from the Legacy Health Endowment will speak with expert panelists Lisa Folberg, chief executive officer of the California Academy of Family Physicians, Cozzette Lyons-Jones MD, MPH, president of the Association of Black Women Physicians, and Andrea Schwab-Galindo, MPH, board member, California Primary Care Association, and chief executive officer of Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center.
