Congratulations to Dr. Josephine Isabelle-Jones as the recipient of the ABC Spirit of the Heart Trailblazer Award. Dr. Josephine Isabelle-Jones is an ABWP Charter/Founding Member and is also the first black woman Pediatric Cardiologist in the United States.

ABWP extends gratitude and love to Dr. Isabelle-Jones, MD for her service to humanity through ABWP; and for the many years of being a leader and "the rock" for UCLA medical students, residents and fellows as Professor of Pediatrics and Dean at the David Geffen School of Medicine.

Dr. Josephine Isabelle-Jones will be honored and receive her ABC Spirit of the Heart Trailblazer Award at the upcoming Association of Black Cardiologists, Inc. Spirit of the Heart 13th Annual Awards Gala and Fundraiser Event in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday, October 15, 2022.
